What are your words of wisdom for your future participants?
Wear Sunscreen ;) I could tell you to take it all in, bring a camera, and don't forget a water bottle, but honestly it's all pretty obvious. Just enjoy ten days of total joy and wear sunscreen.
Anything else?
Second piece of advice would be to extend. Our trip is right at the beginning of summer and if I remember correctly birthright allows you to extend up to 3 months. DO IT! Birthright is amazing and you get to experience so much but its only 10 days. EXTEND and go see the things we miss, experience all sides of the crazy country that is Israel. Go volunteer somewhere. Hike the Israel trail. Take full advantage of this amazing gift that is a free trip to Israel while you can. You will be able to extend even once we are on the trip, so seriously consider it.
