Day 3: A Poem
Roses are red, violets are blue.
Israel with Israelis #shorashim #913 is the crew.
Already two nights in a kibbutz, it's a little hard to believe.
Today we conquered Tzfat, tonight we do Tel Aviv.
Yesterday, we rafted down the Jordan river, while locals greeted us with quite a splash.
Meesha whips us on the bus, with his heavy foot sometimes get a little whiplash.
Last night, we checked out the Dorris bar to see what it was all about.
Left us all wondering who let the dogs out?
Potluck roommates at the kibbutz, where the culture is friendly and the policy is open door.
Shout out to my roomies Justin and Eli, reppin room 34.
Tahini for breakfast, lunch, and dinner; never let it go to waste.
Last night I think I used tahini instead of toothpaste.
Tzach guides us through the cities and fills us in along the way.
He speaks only the truth and we listen to what he has to say.
Great people from all over, make up our unique #913 crew.
DC, Boston, Chicago, Alabama, Michigan, Ohio, Israel, and of course Indiana too!
Very thankful for this trip, as it is our birthright.
Speaking of births, I turn 26 at midnight!
Great people, great times, and were not even halfway through.
Just living the dream, in the holy Land of Jew.
Currently approaching Tel Aviv, so we'll call this a wrap.
Another update soon, from a different spot on the map!
