From Kabbalah to the Mediterranean Sea
We are having an amazing time! We woke up to another great breakfast and then left for the holy city of Tzfat. All of the holy cities represent various elements; Tzfat represents air. We were fascinated by the holy atmosphere surrounding us everywhere we walked. We had a little bit of free time to explore the area and we also listened to two of Tzfat's musicians play us Jewish music.
We then made our way to Tel Aviv; One of Israel's major city. We had free time and many of us continued to fall in love with shawarma and falafel. We learned about Yitzhak Rabin and his impactful assassination. We spoke with local Israelis walking around Rabin Square whom were very much affected by the tragedy. Then, we had free time at the beach, many of us are convinced that Tel Aviv has the beach in the world; the water is perfectly warm and beautiful.
We all enjoyed our dinner in the hotel and then proceeded to our own private concert with a well known Israeli musician and producer, Udi Krauss. In addition to his music talent, he was also hilarious. At the end we got up and all danced to the famous song Salam, which is about peace. Afterwards, we had our very fun free night out. We were in agreement that Tel Aviv has amazing bars and overall city life. We had no problem falling asleep after an adventurous and fun-filled day.
