Tzfat's Up?
Walking into this day energized, I was super excited to lead the group in a breathing and yoga exercise before the busy day. Arriving at the Ofir lookout, we spent time breathing deep, into our bellies, into our minds and spirits taking in the beautiful scene. Many found comfort in this experience and came to me after with appreciation on their tongues. With clear heads and hearts, we walked into the next moment, hiking Mount Arbel. Mountains were lush and praised by the bright sun, our cheeks and noses red in return. After we drove to Tzvat. This was my 3rd time in Tzvat and I couldn’t be happier. The art galleries, shuk, and shashuka were amazing! What really capped off the entire day was meeting with Avraham Lowenthal, a Kabbalist from the U.S. I found such wisdom and passion within his artwork and voice as he spoke of the spiritual side of Judaism and the infinite goodness he experiences within his practice. I became super inspired to study and hope to meet him in the future for more spiritual insight and teachings. Walking out with my cup overflowing, we all caught the sun leaving the sky over the mountain side-beautiful and wow worthy. #Gratitude
