What is your favorite place in Israel?

My favorite place to take participants is Mount Arbel because of the beautiful panorama and the challenge to hike there.

What is a fun fact about yourself?

I love Israeli folk dancing and my age does not make me old.

What are your words of wisdom for your future participants?

Come with open mind and open heart, so you will get the best of your visit in Israel!

What is a fun fact about yourself?

In 2011, I took a cycling trip across America with The Illini 4000. I cycled from New York to San Francisco with a group of 25 others and raised money for cancer research, patient care, and an organization called Camp Kesem. We also interview folks along the way to document the American cancer experience.

What are your words of wisdom for your future participants?

Besides layer up that sunscreen?!? Be present as much as you can- physically, emotionally, mentally, spiritually - it'll make all the difference.

Anything else?

I like long walks on the beach.... ESPECIALLY IN ISRAEL :)
