As I lay quiet in the darkness of the Bedouin tent, my stomach aches for a gaseous release. But I shall not act on it! The mysterious meats dance deep down, twirling and swirling through the depths of my intestines. The chocolate milk begins to stir. But I have no regrets! One dip, two dip, three dip, four. Hummus on my chin, I want some more. It was a build-your-own Bedouin meal, the Chipotle of the Negev and hummus does not cost extra. For most, this meal was a crowd pleaser. Hannah Honey stated, "Hummus will never be the same" and Jordan Jalapeño added, "Nothin' better than eating with your hands." But for some, the Ancient Bedouin experience was too much.
